• Calendly (online consultation booking): collects the details you provide when scheduling, such as your name, email address and chosen time. See calendly.com/privacy.
• Attio (customer relationship management): stores your contact details and our communications with you so we can manage our relationship. See attio.com/legal/privacy.

These providers may store data outside Queensland, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it appropriately.

Rx Property Australia. By providing your information to us, you consent to us sharing it with Rx Property Australia, where applicable, for interstate dealings and as a partnering agency. This allows us to assist you with matters outside South East Queensland and to coordinate on engagements where Rx Property Australia acts as a partner. Rx Property Australia handles any shared information in accordance with its own privacy obligations.

4. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

This site uses minimal browser storage to operate (for example, to remember that you have entered the preview access password during your session). We do not use this information to identify you personally.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To do so, contact us using the details below.
